How it Works
1. Get Scheduled
Sign up by choosing your pick up day & some basic details to get you auto-scheduled.
2. We Arrive Curbside
Our technician arrives curbside & you are notified when we are en route.
3. Cleaning Cycle
The cleaning cycle takes less than 5 minutes to disinfect & deodorize your bins.
4. Done!
Thats it! You will receive a notification of clean bins. The best day of the month!

How will I know when my cleaning days are?
- 3 ways:
- During sign up, you will receive a welcome email with your first service date.
- Log into your account: when you log onto your account, click on the sidebar on the “Subscription details” tab to see when your next cleaning is.
- Text alerts: We try to make it easier on you by sending text messages the night before your cleaning, as well as the morning of your cleaning when our driver is on their way. When signing up make sure to select that you want to receive SMS text messages for this feature to work.

How often should bins be cleaned?
Quarterly visits are our most popular option, yet our monthly service plan is ideal for households that cook frequently, have kids or pets, or just want to avoid having to deal with a sti

What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
Log into your account: On the left hand side of the account is a tab labeled “Availability Calendar”. When you click this, you will be able to select all dates that you are unavailable. Our system will automatically schedule your next visit beyond this date.

Do you offer one time cleanings?
Yes we offer one time cleanings.

What if the HOA sends me a letter for my Bin being out?
We work closely with HOAs for this purpose. Just let us know and we will help.
